Rules and Regulations

The world has its rules and regulations, so do each of the coutries in this world. States of the country have their own rules~

What is rules and regulations? They are for everyone of us in order to obey to the certain things, regardless they are allowed or being restricted.

Recently, I saw a special rule that set by a Kopitiam located somewhere in Penang Island. I was stunned by the so-called "Rule"....it is hilarious somehow.

It's odd, isn't it? And once again the evidence shows that, Orang Cina memang "money face" and "kiam siap"..
