KLCC Half Day Trip

Had our so-called interview at Dunhill, located at KLCC this morning. Well, what I could say...it was not really an interview...just simply asked us to fill up our personal information and that's it. No further asking or understanding...Alright, to be sure...I'm going to have additional pocket money soon...won't have to be guilty of doing nothing already...xP

I thought it would spend about 1 hour to stay there..as I expected the manager would explain the coming Dunhill's event in further...in order to let us understand what we will suppose to do..Instead, it took about 15 minutes only...10 minutes were because we had to wait for the manager to finish boiling her telephone porridge..LOL

So, it was still early after lunch...and as what we had planned yesterday...we went for movie..alright, it was Street Fighter- The Legend of Chun Li. Well, as simple introduction on Street Figther..it was emerged back in 20 years ++ ago..as I was 5, I used to play it..and it was one of the successful video game until now...a historical video game created by capcom...

Alright, as I expected it would be an extremely exciting fighting movie...but instead, it disappointed me since the beginning of the story. Boring story, lame characters' outlook...a street fight became army fight...Our response after the show was.. Me complained to Choong on how lame the movie was, Choong teased me back for choosing such movie as he thought it woulbe childish one before we watched...Jian Zhong and Yew Fei were walking quietly, without talking anything or giving commentaries...Well well, my fault for choosing this movie..

How LAME the movie is? Okay, I'll make comparison here...between movie and the video game's characters.

As per the poster, uppest one till bottom one are Bison, Vega, Balrog, Maya (unknown character), Chun Li and Nash.

Bison, if you played the video game before...you sure would know he is the big boss of the game..well, in japanese version, he is known as Vega..well, I have no idea on the reason behind. As compared with movie's, Bison in video game version is much more fierce and evil in his outlook...

This is Vega (known as Balrog in Japanese version). He is originally from Spanish..and is a assassinator for Bison. He has a handsome face and fit body. Well, in movie, he tended to be a small character...and he is seriously not handsome....(stunned)

Balrog (M.Bison in Japanese Version). A boxer that seriously abused his position as the champion of boxing. In video game, seriously I didn't really like to choose him as his capability was much lower that others, in deed...he is...In movie, Bison never showed his boxing skill but used guns to "fight"...Alright, I have no comment.

Nash, also known as Charlie. Originally, he is some sort of US soldier who are majoring in using "hand & leg knives"...In movie, he changed to be policeman....Okie, I have no comment again.

Gen, well...a Kung-fu master that mastered all kind of chinese martial arts....In video game, he is really an aging old man...(obviously)...but in movie, he changed to be younger...in addition he is guru for Chun-Li. Well, not really sure is it really compiling from the exact story.

Lastly, the main character - Chun Li. Well, as I know she is a pure China-doll but in movie...she changed to be mixed one...Chinese mixed Western. And her classical moves...the so called "helicopter turning kick" does show in movie...but it made me laughed...well, no reason...maybe it really has big differences between real world and gaming world.

There are some other characters in video game that I wished they can be appeared in movie. But however, no~~For instance, this one...

Sakura..one of my favorite characters in Street Fighter series...Well, if she could be in the movie and Japanese artress takes the role..How good it is~(Sigh)

And also, this one...Sagat...he is supposed to be one of the 4 bosses besides Bison, Vega and Balrog...but not emerging in the movie...(Hairannya~~)

Oh yeah..although the movie isn't that nice..but proud to say...there were few of Asian actors and actress involved in this Street Fighter movie too..For example..

Chen Zhi Cai, from Singapore. His role as Chun Li's daddy...but get killed by Bison infront of Chun Li..Anyway, he is just a supportive character that emerged in movie for few minutes only.

Ho Chiu Yi, from Hong Kong. So surprise that she has a good English spoken! Still, she is just a small character who tends to be lesbian...get tempted by Chun Li...Haha~

Other Asian characters would be Chan Pei Pei and etc...

So, if you are Street Fighter Lover..just like me...you may have a look on it..but seriously and honestly..not really nice to watch...and I'm not strongly recommending on it ya~ ^^
